Mbombela Women's Clinic will provide health education on breasfeeding. Breastfeeding has great benefits for both the morther and the infant, it is recommended for all infants and should be initiated immediately after birth, continued exclusively for the 1st 6 months, appropriate complementory feeds must be introduced from 6 months and breasfeets be continued for at least 24 months.  The aim is to ensure women are informed, empowered to be involved in decisions about their health and contribute towards their livelihoods.
